Abstract
Objective To compare the role of HPV and TCT test in screening of cervical disease. Methods The results of HPV and TCT test of cervical cancer or precancerous lesions were retrospectively analysed. Results In 279 cases of cervical precancerous lesions or cervical cancer,HPV-positive rate was 92.80%,TCT-positive rate was 68.10%(P 0.05),there was a statistical significance. Conclusion Screening for cervical diseases,HPV is more sensitive than TCT in clinical application,so that HPV may substitute TCT.
