Abstract

Objective To explore the association of coronary heart disease(CHD) with blood C reactive protein(CRP),fibrinogen(FBG) and uric acid(UA).Methods CRP,FBG and UA in 35 patients with various CHD were measured and compared with those in 35 healthy controls. Results The levels of CRP,FBG and UA were significantly higher in CHD group than those in healthy group(P0.01),and were greatly increased in AMI group compared with those in other CHD cases. There was a positive correlation between CRP and FBG(r=0.763,P0.01).Conclusion UA,CRP and FBG are associated with CHD.CRP and FBG are risk factors for angiocardiopathy, but hyperuricemia may be an independent one for CHD.
