Application of sufentanil for postoperative analgesia in surgery

Abstract
Objective To study the application of sufentanil for postoperative analgesia in surgery.Methods Two hundred forty cases who had been given surgery from January 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into the group 1,2,3,and given sufentanil 0.5 μg/mL,0.75 μg/mL,1 μg/mL respectively;Observed the VAS score and the occurrence of various side effects.Results The group 2,3 had less scores than the group 1 about pain(P 0.05);the group 2,3 had higher scores than the group 1 about calmness in 8 h and 12 h(P 0.05);the group 1,2 had less sick than the group 3(P 0.05).Conclusion The effect of sufentanilis precise in postoperative analgesia with 0.75 μg/mL has less occurrence of side effects.
