Abstract

Democracy within the Party is the key for the CPC advance.It is the main content of strengthening admistractive ability construction of the Party to develop the democracy within the Party and improving of the democratic admistractive ability.So we should analysize the obstacle for the process of democracy development that we take the suitable way to strengthen the concept of the members of the Party for the democracy within the Party,build the protective regulation for the democratic rights and democratic decision-making regulation within the Party,and reform and consummate the election system within our Party for putting forward the democracy construction within our Party.
