Abstract
The paper discussed the demolition blasting technology of boatyard cofferdam of(30+10)×10~4 tons.Having a length of 170m,with complex structure and located in complicated surroundings, the(cofferdam's) demolition was very difficult, and therefore, was regarded as A grade demolition blasting engineering in terms of the difficulty in its operation.Started from enactment of safety standard, the selection of blasting scheme, the design of blasting parameter and safety defensing were carried out.The present paper introduced the inspection of blasting materials, the blasting experiment, the measurements of blasting vibration, displacement and the resulting water wave. The blasting effect was also analyzed. The blasting technology is of reference value to the similar engineering.
