On preparation-employment talent training mode for civil engineering major

Abstract

We discussed on the preparation-employment talent training mode,and applied it into practice.It improved students' practice competence and capabilities of adapting to the real production environment,and enhanced their employment abilities,which provided a new way for teaching practice reform of civil engineering major.
