Suggestions on Policies and Assessing the Development of Low Carbon Economic Development in Anhui Province Based on Factor Analysis

Based on the new trend of low carbon economic development,the author analyzed the problems faced with Anhui province in developing low carbon economy in low carbon industry,application of low carbon technology and utilization of clean energy.Furthermore the empiracle analysis on the main fcators that affecting anhui provice's low carbon economic development are conducted using factor analysis.It is argued that the main factors that matter are energy production capacity-growth ratio,industrial energy fixed investment,and covering rate of forest.Some policy suggestions are given for enhancing the pace of the province's development of low carbon economy.
