Abstract

This paper introduces the concept of Bullwhip Effect and its formation,analyzes the causes of Bullwhip Effect,puts forward the strategy of reducing Bullwhip Effect by means of information sharing,and analyzes the cost of acquiring information and the proceeds of using information sharing to reduce Bullwhip Effect.
