Abstract
To investigate blood coagulation state of mid-trimester,late pregnant and postpartum women and to prevent the occurrence of the acute DIC and thrombo-emboliation disease caused by intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage. The blood samples of 145 cases of pregnant women and postpartum women and 35 healthy non-pregnant women were tested by Sysmex CA-530 automated analyzer to determine the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(FIB).The results showed that the four indices of blood coagulation in parturient women showed significant differences compared with health controls(P0.01).The prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time in parturient women were markedly shorted than that of controls, and fibrinogen was much higher in pre-delivery group. There was no significant difference between post-delivery group and controls(P0.05).The blood was in a hyper-coagulable state before natural delivery and it return to normality 72 hours later after delivery.Combined detection of four indices of blood coagulation before and after natural delivery may reflect the blood coagulation function of pregnant women, and play an important role in prevention and treatment of women's postpartum hemorrhage and prognosis evaluation.
