Comparative analysis of different hematology analyzers in laboratory

Abstract
Objective To investigate the comparability between different hematology analyzers in our laboratory through comparative tests.Methods One hematology analyzer with best performance was chosen as standard analyzer.Fresh anti-coagulant blood was detected by different hematology analyzers through comparative tests,and the test results were evaluated with the references provided by Sysmex company.Results The data from comparative analyzer and the standard analyzer showed excellent correlation,all coefficients of correlation exceeded 0.95.And all results were within the permitted ranges,demonstrating good accuracy and consistency.Conclusion Regular comparative tests are essential for clinical laboratory to ensure the comparability between different hematology analyzers.
