Abstract
Objective To compare the results of two hematology analyzers in the same clinical laboratory, and to investigate whether their results have comparability. Methods 40 fresh blood specimens were detected by Beckman Culter AcT driff2 hematology analyzer and Sysmex KX-21 hematology analyzer. Results The results of two analyzers were analyzed by linear regression and rank sum test. The different of two results was nonsignificant (P0.05). Conclusions The differences of two hematology analyzers examination results are normal and permitted, and some indexes have the good relativity. 5 indexes are comparable.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
