Integration of Agricultural Subsidies and Rural Social Security——Based on Effects of Agricultural Subsidies

This paper analyzes China’s agricultural subsidy policies from the economic effects and implementation effects.There are a lot of problems emerged in the implementation course of China’s agricultural subsidy policies.The agricultural subsidy serving as social security funds is a viable way because of its three characteristics:(1) ensuring to achieve the existing agricultural subsidy policy goals;(2) overcoming a series of disadvantages of the current agricultural subsidy policies in the implementation process;(3) promoting farmers from the identity to the career,and promoting the establishment of rural social security system.
