Analysis of China agricultural direct subsidies policy system.

The paper analyzes the status quo of China agricultural direct subsidies policy system;and the theory and structure of establishing and improving China agricultural direct subsidies policy system is analyzed.The policy construction to establish and improve China's agricultural direct subsidy policy system is proposed,comprehensive direct subsidy policy needs to integrate food direct subsidy policy and agricultural production means comprehensive direct subsidy policy,special direct subsidy policy needs to improve seed subsidy policy and farm machinery purchase subsidy policy,but also require adding land transfer subsidy policy,improving the output subsidy policy,environmental subsidy policy,natural disasters subsidy policy,technology promotion subsidy policy,farmer training subsidy policy and fallow subsidy policies;it recommended the adoption of the establishment and improvement of reducing the peasants policies,workers training subsidy policy,the rural social security system to support.
