Abstract
It establishes a virtual prototype model of a parallel machine tool(PMT) made up of a fixed platform, a moving platform, 6 driven bars and a work platform at ADAMS, gives the detail about simply method of model, ADAMS description and parameterized of model, control of simulating process. It shows the simulation for the kinematics and dynamics of PMT, realizes a effective method for the engineering design of PMT on computer.
