Abstract
Objective To Develop of method for measuring the permeation of Diedahuoxue film through rat skin in vitro and study the effect of enhancers on the permeation rate of Diedahuoxue film. Methods The permeation of Diedahuoxuefilm through rat skin in vitro was performed in a two-compartment diffusion cell. The amounts of cumulative permeation of Diedahuoxue film were determined with UV spectrophoyometry. Results Then effect of the enhancers was as follows:Azone 1,2-proplyene glycol oleicacid. Two percent of azone was the most effective concentration for Diedahuoxue film in the in vitro study. Conclusion When 2% of azone was used as an enhancer, the permeation rate of Diedahuoxue film from the product was enhanced.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
