Abstract

Objective: To explore the effects of glomerular mesangial cell(MC) on osteoblast. Methods: The osteoblast, which were cultured in vitro, were divided into two groups, normal blood serum group and MC group.24 hours、48 hours、72 hours、120 hours later, the proliferation of osteoblast was tested.72 hours later,ALP and OPN expression of osteoblast was tested too. Results: The proliferation of osteoblast in MC group was obviously increase than normal blood serum group, and the level of ALP and OPN expression of osteoblast was obviously higher than normal blood serum group. Conclusion: MC can prove the proliferation and function of osteoblast directly. Our experiment provide a new experimentation for the kidney being in charge of bone, one theory of Chinese Traditional Mdedicine.
