Analysis of Surround-Bidding and Accompanying-Bidding in Construction Project Bidding

Abstract

This paper distinguished surround-bidding and accompanying-bidding in construction biddings, analyzed the reasons of surround-bidding and accompanying-bidding. Through the whole process analysis of surround-bidder’s decision making, the factors reflecting their decisions were discussed. Some suggestions were given to our government and bidders for rejecting this malversation.
