Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of diane-35 combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with hyperinsulinemia. Methods According to the different treatments, 135 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and hyperinsulinemia were divided into diane-35 group, metformin group, diane-35 combined with metformin group and the control group (without treatment). The level of FSH and LH, T, INS, LH/FSH ratio in each groups were observed. Results There were differences between diane-35 combined with metformin group and diane-35 group in level of FSH, LH, T, INS and LH/FSH ratio (P 0.05). Conclusions Diane-35 combined with metformin is more effective than diane-35 alone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with hyperinsulinemia.
