Abstract
Objective To investigate the infection of high risk human papilloma virus (HPV) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Method PCR was used to detect high risk HPV DNA in the tissues of CIN patients. Results The positive rates of HPV DNA in CIN Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were 53.85%,72.73%,96.97% respectively,χ~2= 25.762,P 0.001.Multiple HPV infection was detected in CIN.The multiple HPV infection rates were different in CINⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ.ConclusionThe positive rates of HPV in different grades of CIN are different. At the same time multiple infections are detected.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
