Abstract
Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is characterized by high water head,thick penstock,large single-penstock weight,high requirement for penstock fabrication and installation,and the penstock is rolled and made in the construction site.In order to guarantee the fabrication and installation quality of penstock,by analyzing its quality requirement and fabrication and installation technique,the supervision department made a detailed quality supervision scheme and carried out an overall supervision on high-intensity thick steel plate welding,bearing bush making,in-site installation,so as to ensure the quality of penstock fabrication and installation meet the design and code requirements.
