On the Construction of China’s Law System of Recycling Economy

The author points out that the development of recycling economy needs the support and guarantee of the law and the development of recycling economy should be pushed forward to the full extent of the law. We should accelerate establishing and improving the law system for recycling economy in the light of current situation. Though there are some relating law and regulation for recycling economy, there are some problems with them. A complete law system of recycling economy should include such three components as basic law, comprehensive law and specific law. Besides, there are also some relating regulations formulated by the local government.
