Abstract
Recycling economy is a strategic choice of environmental protection in 21 century,an important way of sustainable development.But China has some problems in effective system supply,forming obstacle in developing recycling economy.Building new-type system body of recycling economy frame we must perfect economy policy support system,legal guarantee system,technical support system and environmental appraisal system,on the basis of analyzing the current systems of obstacles.
