Analysis of Government Regulation under the Strategy of Recycling Economy

The paper analyzes deeply the necessity and limitations of government regulation under the strategy of recycling economy,and points out that the government should properly define the scope of its functions and create a favorable internal and external environment for the development of recycling economy.
