Abstract
Objectives To explore the relationship between the sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL)to chemotherapy and chemotherapeutic effects and to provide the data for individualized chemotherapy in patients with non-small celllung cancer(NSCI C).Methods The sensitivity or resistance of 5 kinds of commonly used chemotherapeuticdrugs and combined chemotherapy in peripheral blood lymphocytes and granulocytes of 30 cases with non—small—cell lung cancer in vitro by classic MTT colorimetric assay.Results The individual chemOsensitivity of NSCLC were comparatively different.All drugs was significant difference;,P0.05.Conclusion The sensitivity of PBI to anti cancer drugs is helpful to individualized chemotherapy and prediction of the curative effect in patients with NSCLC.
