Abstract

目的研究非小细胞肺癌对化疗药物体外敏感程度,提高临床选药的科学性.方法采用MTT比色法对34例非小细胞肺癌新鲜手术标本进行14种常用化疗药物的敏感性测定.结果肺癌标本对化疗药物敏感程度(中位抑制率)依次为顺铂80.69%、异环磷酰胺79.50%、丝裂霉素79.19%、卡铂77.84%、柔红霉素74.12%、氟尿嘧啶72.88%、羟基喜树碱72.35%、平阳霉素67.60%、表阿霉素66.95%、阿霉素65.65%、阿糖胞苷37.32%、环磷酰胺35.89%、甲氨蝶呤35.56%、依托泊苷23.64%;其中顺铂、异环磷酰胺、卡铂对所有肿瘤标本均示敏感,而阿糖胞苷、甲氨蝶呤、环磷酰胺、依托泊苷则对半数标本耐药.结论体外化疗敏感试验在非小细胞肺癌对化疗药物敏感性预测中具有可行性和必要性,对个体化化疗方案的确定具有一定的临床价值.
