Study on Life Care and Recovery System of Elderly Disabled People in China

China has a big and fast-growing population of elderly disabled people,nowadays,the group is being in the dilemma of impoverished income and inadequate nursing.After the analysis of group size,structure characteristics and rehabilitation supply and demand,the article sums up the problems about life care and recovery system of elderly disabled people in China,e.g.: deficient social security system,undeveloped social endowment service,small amount of care organizations and individuals,poor accessibility of health resources,poor mobilization in folk stregth,therefore,the author argues that the social security of elderly disabled people should be impoved,by building nursing insurance,encouraging the participation of multi-agent,promoting the development of professional nursing talents and social volunteer team and paying more attention to the life care and recovery system of rural elderly disabled people.
