Abstract

Lin Yutang is praised as talent of Western and traditional Chinese knowledge in literary circles. Impact of western and Chinese culture on him enables him to transmit Chinese culture to the western world in a special way. From his book The Wisdom of Confucius,the readers could perceive his cultural translation strategy,which is to compile the original work so as to introduce the comprehensive Confucianism to the west.
