CT diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma

Objective:To increase the understanding and diagnostic level of the gallbladder carcinoma;To analyse the CT findings in differential diagnosis of the gallbladder cacinoma.Methods:14 cases with the gallbladder carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively studied.Results:The major CT findings:(1)partial or whole thicked wall in 8 cases;(2)nodule in the gallbladder 4 cases;(3)mass in 2 cases,the gallbladder can not seen;(4)the gallbladder stone 6 cases;(5)matastases of the liver 6 cases,lymphnode metastasis 5 cases.Conclusion:CT scan is very important method in diagnosis of the gallbladder carcinoma.Combined clinical history,we can make accurate diagnosis.
