Abstract

Be based on the great practice of building the socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics,CPC puts forward the idea of constructing a socialist harmonious society creatively,which enriches the Marxism theory about society construction.In order to realize this goal,all the Chinese people should be educated with the idea of ruling by law,establish the perfect legal system and guarantees the socialist harmonious society systematically.
