Abstract
Continuously improving the ability of constructing socialist harmonious society is an innovative inference put forward at the Fourth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party, which shows that the overall plan of socialist modernization construction has involved developing not only socialist market economy, socialist democratic politics, socialist advanced culture but also socialist harmonious society.
