Abstract

Socialist harmonious society is,in essence,socialist society in its medium and high development stage.The key to the construction of socialist harmonious society is to build and perfect the economic structure with public ownership as the main body so to innovate the economic system;and to reform the according political,ideological and cultural systems.The socialist China with the Communist Party as the administrator enjoy the policy advantage and realistic foundation to attain the previously mentioned objectives.
