Research of system nursing intervention on clinical efficacy, adverse psychological and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer

Objective To investigate the study of clinical efficacy,adverse psychological and quality of life of system nursing intervention on patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods 60 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer were selected in Shandong Feicheng Mining Central Hospital from October 2009 to June 2012 and were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy and usual nursing,and was given basic health education seminars while the observation group was given system nursing interventions in addition,including psychological nursing intervention,dietary intervention and medication guide nursing.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and the psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results After a period of nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),which was significantly higher than 66.7%(20/30) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);the anxiety rating scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) of the two groups were better than before,and the two scales of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(all P 0.05);the notting ham health survey questionnaire(NHP) scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The system nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer,and can reduce the negative psychology of patients and improve the psychological status of patients,improve the quality of life of the patients,which is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
