The application and effect of dialectical application nursing pathway in patients with chronic gastritis

Objective To investigate the short-term effects and long-term effect of dialectical nursing pathway on pa tients with chronic gastritis and self-efficacy scores,and the feasibility and effect of dialectical nursing pathway in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with chronic gastritis was also investigated.Methods Eighty cases of chronic gastritis patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by random single blind method,the control group was given chronic gastritis routine nursing and health education.Besideded the chronic gastritis routine nursing care,the observation group was given the corresponding to the use of dialectical nursing path for health education according to different syndromes.The self-efficacy score and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The 4 factor scores of self-efficacy in observation group was higher than those in control group when out of the hospital,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).And the total effective raterecurrence rate and patient satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The dialectical application nursing pathway for patients with chronic gastritis is effective,it can improve the score of patients 'self-efficacy,promote rehabilitation and prevention of disease recurrence.
