Abstract
A strain of Myxobacteria producing high active anti-tumor materials was selected by isolating the metabolic product of Myxobacteria.The strain JSW103 was identified as Polyangium vitellinum according to its morphological feature.The mixture extracted from the metabolic product of JSW103 has the strong selective property to tumor cell lines B16 and SGC7901 with 0.2701 μg/mL and 0.097μg/mL of IC50 values respectively and the mixture expresses the high biological activity to Bel 7402,H446 and MCF-7 of tumor cell lines,too.
