Abstract
Myxobacteria are gliding gram-negative bacteria and a class of prokaryote with complicated multicellular behaviors and morphogenesis.Myxobacteria generally produce large families of secondary metabolites with various bioactivities, such as antifungal and antitumor activities, and a strain has its special characters. In this paper, the secondary metabolites of 374 Myxobacteria strains were screened with tumor cell lines such as B16,SGC7901 etc by high-throughout methods, six strains of Myxobacteria which produced high bioactive metabolites were found.According to 《Begey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology》(8th,Ed.),these strains were identified to genus.
