Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) in our hospital so as to promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS: A total of 123 ADR cases(totaled 144 cases/times) collected in our hospital during the Jan.-Dec.period of 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS: Of the total 144 cases/times,72 cases/times(50.00%) were induced by Chinese patent medicine and 35 by anti-Infective drugs.Of all the anti-infective drugs, fluoroquinolone took the lead in ADR incidence with 17 cases/times(48.57%).Of the total 123 ADR cases,44 were new ADR cases in which 37 cases were induced by Chinese patent medicine.CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to Chinese patent medicine and anti-infective drugs in ADR monitoring and measures should be taken aimed at ADR prevention and cure to reduce the risks of drug use.
