The Influence of Affordable Housing Construction on the Commercial Housing Market

According to the general equilibrium market theory,this paper considers the determining factors that affordable housing construction exerts an influence on the commercial housing market are the scale of affordable housing construction,and the ratio of affordable housing demand crowd in the commercial housing market by segmenting and analyzing the affordable housing market. In theTwelfth Five Year Planperiod,especially in the late stage of theTwelfth Five Year Plan,affordable housing construction will have a relatively large impact on the commercial housing market in Beijing under the premise of expanding security boundary.
