Abstract
Residue detection and degradation of prochloraz 50% WP in rapeseed and soil were investigated and its residue was determined with HPLC-UV.After distilling and cleaning-up with SPE tubes of the samples, prochloraz was then detected. The fortified recovery of prochloraz was 80.1%~91.8%,with a CV of 1.8%~(9.6%.) The results obtained from two date groups showed that the degradation of prochloraz in rapeseed was fast, with a half-life of only 4~6 days. After 30 days, only the samples from high dosage of application contained prochloraz with the highest amount of 0.20 and 0.49mg/kg in rapeseed and soil, respectively.
