Abstract
A GC method was developed to analyze residue of Prochloraz and its metabolites in Soil and Cucumber. The sample was extracted with acetone, and was partitioned with dichloromethane. Then the extract was concentrated, and was hydrolyzed with pyridine hydrochloric acid. Then the hydrolyzed solution was extracted with hexane, and was cleaned with sulfuric acid.Prochloraz was determined by a gas chromatograph with ECD detector. The lowest detection limit for prochloraz was 1 5×10 -11 g;The lowest detecting concentration was 0 001 mg·kg -1 .The average recoveries were 75 6%—106 0% with 2 5%—11 5% coefficients of variation.
