A Research into the “Original Zhuang Nationality”in Guangdong Province

The“Original Zhuang Nationality”of Guangdong is the key to the studies of the history and origin of the Zhuang Nationality in Guangdong Province.The article argues that the“Original Zhuang”spreads in the areas of Deqing,Fengkai,Huaiji and Lianshan.The Zhuang Nationality recorded in historical documents is generally related with them.Under the reign of Hongzhi the Original Zhuang began to be included in the official census,and most of them blended with the Han Nationality at the beginning of Qing Dynasty.
