Clinical Study of Mecobalamin United Danhong and Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract

Objectives Observed the effect of Mecobalamin united Danhong and hyperbaric oxygen in treat of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The 60 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group use Mecobalamin united Danhong and hyperbaric oxygen,the control group use mecobalamin,Course of treatment was 15 days.Results Efficient in treatment group was 93.3% and in the control group was 61.5%.Conclusions Methylcobalamin united danhong and hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve the diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) in patients with symptoms and nerve conduction velocity.
