Abstract

Universities and their teaching and research base should undertake important responsibilities in cultivating innovative talents which are needed in the Era of knowledge economy and grand target of establishing an innovation-oriented country.Universities must change their ideas,strengthen practical teaching,play the role of teaching and research base,explore and reform in teaching staff construction,teaching programming,funds investment,inspection management,teaching and scientific research combined etc,and set up cultivation mode of training innovative talents.
