Abstract
It is an effective way to implement quality education that strengthen the cultivation of students innovative ability in higher education.Combined with the author s long time practice,puts forward some suggestions for improving the students' ability of innovation and cultivate innovative talents:universities must change the concepts of education,reform the teaching method,and improve the teaching evaluation system.
