Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Tianshenyizhi Capsule on learning and memory of aging mice caused by D-galactose.MethodsMorris maze test was used to determine the learning and memory ability,the activities of GSH-Px,SOD,AChE and ChAT,and content of MDA in blood serum were measured respectively.ResultsCompared with model group,Tianshenyizhi Capsule in different dosages could improve the learning and memory ability of mice,increase the activities of GSH-Px,SOD and ChAT,and decrease activity of AChE and content of MDA in serum.ConclusionTianshenyizhi capsule has significant protective effect against the decrease of learning and memory of aging mice caused by D-galactose and the mechanism to the elevation of antioxidase activity and decrease AChE activity.
