Abstract
To determine nucleoside constituents in different parts of the artificial Cordyceps sinensis,to provide a reference for taking full advantage of artificial Cordyceps sinensis resources. Methods:Water extraction and alcohol precipitation,RP-HPLC Separation, quantitative analysis of cordycepin, adenosine and adenine using UV-Vis etector. Results:The content of adenine(μg/g) in the fruiting bodies, the mycelia of artificial Cordyceps and the solid culture Residues was 193.916,142.658,71.25,that of adenosine 1302.52,308.17,71.51,and that of cordycepin 1356.92,1101.04,350.96.Conclusion:Not only the fruiting bodies, but also the Mycelia of the artificial Cordyceps inensis and the solid culture residues contain adenine, adenosine and cordycepin, which is worthy to explore further for its useful value.
