Abstract

Based on the aircraft development, it analyzes the mode of main manufacturer-supplier development such as the evaluation principles for different types of suppliers, the quality system standards, audit and audit cycle, non-conformance and so on. Aiming at the main basis of the aircraft development, it researches the supplier performance evaluation, choices the AS/EN/JAN9100 standard of the company, reduces the risk in choosing suppliers.
