Abstract

According to the requirements of ISO9001:2008 quality management system,it is an important task to manage and control the supplier audit.This paper describes the company's methods of supplier audit,including data accumulation,standard setting,abilities and special audition.Choosing the qualified suppliers after the strict recognition of supplier qualification ensures the purchased products meet the related requirements and avoids the legal risks concerning the quality,environment and safety.
