Abstract
The effect of extraction temperature, time and the ratio of solid to liquid on extraction rate was studied by the method of single factor experiment. The orthogonal design was applied to analyze the influence of the three factors on the rate. The result of experiment showed that extraction temperature would chiefly affect the rate, the optimum parameters of the extraction technology were the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30, extraction temperature 90℃ and extraction time 4 h, and the rate was 10.451% in this condition.
