Abstract
The polysaccharides was extracted from Rhuschinensis fruits by hot water extraction.Several factors,such as solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature were investigated and the appropriate extraction conditions were obtained from the orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions are as follows: extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 4h and solid-liquid ratio 1∶60.
