BAIYING DECOCTION IN THE TREATMENT OF 43 CASES OF CHRONIC HEPATITIS B

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Baiying decoction,a Chinese traditional prescription according to the principle of warming Yang invigorating Qi,clearing away heat promoting diuresis,on chronic hepatitis B. Method: Patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups. 43 cases in the treatment group were treated with Baiying decoction,30 cases in the control group treated with Wuzhi capsule,an extract from herbs. Result: The clinical symptoms of patients in the treatment group were obviously improved. The effect of lowering transaminase and the negative-transferring rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA were significantly higher than those in the control group respectively (P0.05). Conclusion: Baiying decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B,has the effects of antivirus and improving the liver function.thoseinthec
